How long does it take to receive my products?

If you have chosen an online payment method for your software (e.g. PayPal), you will enjoy the benefits of instant download of your purchased software. After payment completion you will receive a notification email from WIS.ro, containing your download details.

If you have chosen an offline payment method - such as Western Union, you will be contacted as soon as posible via email and will receive the payment instructions. After your offline payment, please send a scanned proof of payment (MTCN if using Western Union)  back to WIS.ro. Your order will be confirmed and you will receive the download details as soon as possible.

Please store your Download ID in a safe place and keep it for future use, as you can use it to update your purchase software at no cost for a full year after the date of purchase !
