Alternative dispute resolution

Our services are provided to businesses. Where a client nevertheless qualifies as a consumer under Romanian law, the following applies, in accordance with Government Ordinance 38/2015 on the alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.

A complaint should first be sent directly to us, at the address above. If it is not resolved that way, the consumer may refer the dispute to the alternative dispute resolution body operating within the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), through its platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. We provide that information on paper or on another durable medium at the point a complaint cannot be settled between us.

Referring a dispute to that body is optional. It does not replace, and does not remove, the right to bring the matter before the competent Romanian courts.
