("Owner") to provide online access to information about products, software, services, and opportunities we provide ("Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below ("Terms and Conditions"). These Terms and Conditions expressly include the Site's Privacy Policy and any guidelines, rules or disclaimers that may be posted and updated on specific webpages or on notices that are sent to you.

The owner reserves the right to add, change or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Software Downloads and Return Policy
By registering on the Site, you can select downloadable software products for purchase from the Site's online shop.
All software at WIS.ro is distributed under the Terms and Conditions of the GNU General Public License http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html
At the time of checkout, once the Site receives the payment confirmation, the Site will email the Client with complete instructions and link(s) for downloading the purchased products. Please read carefuly the email notes since there are limitations regarding the amount of time and number of downloads for the products. At any time the Client can see the status and history of his orders by accessing the Account Maintenance area.
If the payment gateway does not provide to the Site a prompt notification of your payment, your order will be confirmed as soon as the payment will be received and accepted by the Site's owner. After that, the Site will email you complete instructions and link(s) for completing your purchase and downloading the software.
If the transmission is interrupted in any way during the software download, you can use your User Name and password to enter the emailed Download ID in the Download Area and start the downloading process again.
Once the Client's purchase order is confirmed and you are emailed with download details, the products will not be available for a refund.
