I haven't received the download links, what next ?

If paying online for your software, the Download IDs for your purchased software are automatically sent to you after payment confirmation.

The email usually reaches its intended destination in minutes; due to various reasons, the email can be delayed or even rejected by some servers. If you have not received the email containing the download details, please log in at WIS.ro using your credentials, click on Account Maintenance link (select My Account from main menu, or click on the right-top link); on your account details page see the Order Information section to download your products.
