The WIS.ro website ("Site") is owned and operated by Teodoreanu Cristian Florin P.F.A. ("Owner") to provide online access to information about products, software, services, and opportunities we provide ("Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Collection and Registration of Personal Information

 We sometimes request users of the Site to provide personal information such as the user's name, e-mail address. To have access to specific content and access the full functionality of the Site such as product ordering and purchase history, and information for registered product licensees, you may be asked to register and create a Customer Account.

The information collected from the registration form that is displayed to the Client when they choose to register may include contact information such as the user's name, e-mail address, postal address, job title, organization, and country ("Customer Information"). The Customer Information is linked directly to a User Name chosen by the user and a chosen password provided by the user during registration. The Customer Information is provided by the user on voluntary basis. You as the Client are sole responsible for any information presented in Customer Information during registration or maintenance of the Customer Account.

  How Personal Information Is Used

The Site uses the information that you provide for such purposes as:

• completion and support of the activity for which the information was provided, such as delivery of our products or services, processing or fulfilling an order, or responding to your requests or inquiries
• Site administration, such as for the technical support of the Site, including processing customer account activity information, and analysis of Site activity to enhance, evaluate and improve the Content and Services

Access to customer's personal information is strictly restricted to Site's administrators and Service providers, for the purposes described above. Access and Changes to Your Customer Information

Registered Users may access their Customer Information and modify any discrepancies by entering the Account Maintenance area. The accuracy of the Customer Information is solely the responsibility of the user. No access is given to the Client for other data that may have been collected from other users of the Site.

Retention of Personal Information
